The Afiscooter S4 Breeze is a full-size outdoor mobility scooter built for you if you regularly travel longer distances and don’t want to plan your day around battery limits, surface restrictions, or comfort compromises.

If smaller or lower-priced scooters feel fine for short errands but start to feel limiting once you’re out longer, the S4 is designed to remove that ceiling. It’s made for full days out, longer routes, and mixed outdoor surfaces without slowing down or feeling like you’re pushing the scooter beyond what it’s meant to do.

With support for up to 550 lbs, speeds of up to 11 mph, and a range of up to 37 miles per charge, you can go farther, stay out longer, and choose your route instead of adjusting it. 

Afiscooter S4 Seating and Controls

The Afiscooter S4 is available with a 20" or 24" orthopedic seat, letting you choose the width and support that feels right from the start. The wider 24" option adds extra padding and back support, which makes a real difference on longer days out.

The delta tiller, flip-up armrests, and swivel seat keep everything easy and familiar. Sitting down, standing up, and steering all feel straightforward, so the scooter stays comfortable and easy to use throughout the day.

Controls That Feel Straightforward (Even on Day One)

The tiller angle adjusts so you can bring it closer to you, and the throttle setup is designed so you can drive one-handed without feeling like you’re wrestling the controls. There’s also a clear display for the basics (speed, trip info), so you’re not guessing while you’re out.

Warranty Information

All Afiscooters are covered by extensive warranty for a minimum period of one year. The warranty policy must also reflect the local rules and regulations. Please contact your local provider for specific details.

Your payment method is pre-authorized at checkout. You’ll only be charged once we verify and prepare your order for shipment.

🚫 Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

• Within 24 hours of placing your order: Free cancellation.

  • Exception: If your order has already been processed a 25% restocking fee may apply even within the first 24 hours.

• After 24 hours: A 25% restocking fee will apply, certain brands cannot be cancelled,

• Custom orders: Cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Please note:

• Some orders are processed and paid immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase.

• Returns requested after 7 days, up to 14 days, are only eligible for an exchange and may be subject to a restocking fee.

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.

💵 Refunds

Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

🔁 Returns (Exchanges)

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents

• A 25% restocking fee applies

• Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene, customization, or manufacturer policies. These include (but are not limited to):

  • All products sold under the brand Discover Your Mobility (these items fall under all of the above non-refundable categories)

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted

• Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility
  
  

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

📭 Missed Deliveries

Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)

• Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

• You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.

• We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.

Returns to Sender

• If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

• You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

🔧 Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by brand. We can provide:

• Proof of purchase

• Warranty documentation

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.

We’re here to help — please contact us first to resolve any issues. Fraudulent chargebacks will be considered theft and pursued legally.

By placing an order, you acknowledge our return, refund, and delivery policies. These terms will be provided to your financial institution in the event of a dispute.
