This system supports healing by redistributing pressure effectively, minimizing friction, and creating a stable microclimate for long-term patient care. The DermaFloat (APL) Alternating Pressure/ Low Air Loss is designed as a mattress replacement system for residents weighing up to 350 lbs.
The DermaFloat APL an advanced therapeutic Low Air Loss mattress system designed to treat and prevent pressure ulcers up to Stage IV. It features 20 air cells for even weight distribution and up to 40 liters of airflow per minute for enhanced comfort. The low-shear, moisture-resistant cover is treated with antibacterial and antifungal agents for hygiene. Lightweight and portable, it rolls up for easy storage.
Designed for reliability and ease of use, the DermaFloat APL features twenty alternating air cells, adjustable comfort settings, and multiple therapy modes. All our products are sourced directly from manufacturers. If you need to exchange a product, you must first receive a return authorization form. Each manufacturer sets their own timeframes for possible returns. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during returns and exchanges.
Once the manufacturer receives and inspects your returned item, your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method. While inspections can take up to four weeks, they are usually completed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be adjusted for outbound and return shipping costs, handling, and a 25% restocking fee.

Please inspect the packaging upon delivery. If you notice any damage, note it when signing for the shipment. If your item arrives damaged, email photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description, to support@firstclassmobility.com. Freight damage must be reported within 24 hours with photos and videos, or the claim will not be valid. Exterior damage, including punctures, must also be reported within 24 hours.

BOGO Promotions
In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund.
