SOLEIL features both Pedal Assistance and a Throttle, so you can pedal as much as you want, or press the thumb throttle and let the motor do 100% of the work for you. It also features a rear disc brake for significantly improved traction over other CTB's on the industry. This is the safest, most comfortable, and most feature full city e-bike available.
SOLEIL is made from a high grade aluminum alloy. At just 55lbs, this lightweight bike is easy to ride and maneuver. The polished welds add to it’s beauty and simplicity.
The backlit LCD display is your communication center. Here, you will find your speed, power assist (PAS) level, battery level, and odometer. This multifunctional display is weather resistant and includes a USB charging port
SOLEIL comes standard equipped with the Shimano Altus Derailleur, Shimano 7-speed gearing, and thumb throttle.
With the SOLEIL, power meets efficiency. The 500W (700W Peak) rear hub motor provides quick and smooth acceleration. The high-efficient motor will take you to new places and provide miles of enjoyment.
SOLEIL includes a 10.4Ah Lithium-Ion battery that mounts inside the bike frame. It can deliver up to 30 miles on a single charge and the charging time is just 4-6 hours. You can charge your battery while in the bike or remove the battery to charge it independently.

All our products are sourced directly from manufacturers. If you need to exchange a product, you must first receive a return authorization form. Each manufacturer sets their own timeframes for possible returns. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during returns and exchanges.
Once the manufacturer receives and inspects your returned item, your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method. While inspections can take up to four weeks, they are usually completed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be adjusted for outbound and return shipping costs, handling, and a 25% restocking fee.

Please inspect the packaging upon delivery. If you notice any damage, note it when signing for the shipment. If your item arrives damaged, email photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description, to support@firstclassmobility.com. Freight damage must be reported within 24 hours with photos and videos, or the claim will not be valid. Exterior damage, including punctures, must also be reported within 24 hours.

BOGO Promotions
In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee.
