B120C Semi-Electric Homecare Hospital Bed | Easy Electric Adjustment with Manual Height Control

Manually lifting the head or legs of a traditional care bed can be tiring for both users and caregivers. The B120C removes this strain with its dual-motor semi-electric system, which raises the backrest up to 65° and the knee section up to 40° using a hand-held pendant. With just a button press, the bed adjusts smoothly to the right position for rest, care routines, or transfers. Caregivers can easily reposition users without physical effort.

Reliable Manual Height Adjustment

The B120C includes a manual crank system for adjusting the overall bed height. The crank, located at the foot of the bed, turns clockwise to raise or counterclockwise to lower the frame. This design keeps the bed usable even during power outages while allowing caregivers to set a comfortable working height for assistance, cleaning, or transfers.

Built for Daily Use with Strength and Safety in Mind

The B120C is constructed from powder-coated steel with a safe working load of 450 lbs, built to withstand daily operation and frequent adjustments. It includes six mattress retainers to keep the mattress securely in place and four casters, with two lockable wheels for stable positioning. A 9V battery backup port allows limited operation of the powered sections during power loss, keeping the bed functional in emergencies.

This Costcare product is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year of the original purchaser.
This device was built to exact standards and carefully inspected prior to shipment. This Limited One Year Warranty from the date of original purchase is an expression of our confidence in the material and workmanship of our products and our assurance to our customers for years of dependable services.

In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, Costcare will, at Costcare's option, repair or replace the device. The warranty provides only for replacement of defective parts and does not cover shipping and labor charges. Costcare's sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty are limited to such repair and/or replacement.

This warranty does not cover device failure due to the user misuse, abuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear. This warranty does not extend to non-durable components, such as rubber accessories, casters and grips, which are subject to normal wear and require periodic replacement.

This warranty shall not apply to serial numbered devices if the serial number has been removed, or altered, or defaced, or to defect or damages caused by unauthorized parts, attachments or repairs, negligence, operated by incorrect voltages, accident and circumstance beyond Costcare's control, or improper operation, maintenance or storage.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

Orders are fulfilled directly through our authorized manufacturer partners to ensure you receive the newest production inventory.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you promptly with updated availability and options. At that time, you may choose to proceed with the revised timeline or cancel for a full refund.

If you confirm that you wish to proceed, the order becomes a confirmed backorder. Once we commit funds with the supplier to reserve inventory specifically for your order, it cannot be cancelled.

You will receive email updates throughout the process, including tracking details once your order ships.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion if the order has not yet been placed with the supplier or shipped.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

Approved returns are subject to:

  • A 25% restocking fee

  • Non-refundable outbound shipping

  • Non-refundable white-glove delivery charges (if applicable)

After 7 days, and up to 14 days from delivery, eligible products may be exchanged only.

After 14 days, all sales are considered final.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Some products may require advance reservation to secure manufacturer inventory.

Pre-orders and confirmed backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase. Once inventory is reserved and funds are committed with the supplier, these orders cannot be cancelled.

Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight logistics.

Any exception granted is at our sole discretion and may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee.

Due to hygiene, safety, or manufacturer restrictions, the following items are non-returnable:

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.

If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

Missed Deliveries, Refused Shipments & Incorrect Addresses

Freight and large-item deliveries are scheduled to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before submitting your order.

If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and all outbound and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment requires re-delivery, address correction, or is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping, freight, storage, or re-delivery fees charged by the carrier.

Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product.

We are happy to assist you with documentation, proof of purchase, and guidance throughout the warranty process. Warranty service, repairs, and replacements are handled directly by the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and coverage.

After the return period has passed, any repair or replacement requests will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and may require return of the defective item for inspection.

In the event of a payment dispute, we may provide order records, communication history, and this policy to the payment provider for review.
