We now accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards, making it easier for you to purchase eligible mobility products using your pre-tax healthcare funds.

How to Use Your HSA/FSA Card at Checkout:

  1. Add your product(s) to the cart
    Browse our eligible mobility scooters, wheelchairs, or wellness products and add your selection to the cart.

  2. Proceed to checkout
    Enter your shipping address and contact information as normal.

  3. Select “Sika – Pay with your HSA/FSA” as your payment method
    Look for the HSA/FSA option at the payment step. You’ll see it clearly labeled with the green HSA/FSA icons.

  5. Click “Review Order
    This will take you to a secure review page before payment.

  6. Complete payment on the secure Sika portal
    On the next screen (see image), you’ll be redirected to enter your HSA or FSA card details.

What are HSA and FSA accounts?

Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)are tax-advantaged accounts that let you set aside pre-tax money for qualified medical expenses. Many mobility products, including scooters, wheelchairs, and pressure relief cushions, are eligible under these programs.

Can I use my HSA/FSA card at First Class Mobility?

Yes! Thanks to our partnership with Sika Health, you can use your HSA or FSA card directly at checkout. Just select" Sika - Pay with your HSA/FSA" as your payment method during checkout.Which First Class Mobility products are HSA/FSA eligible? Most medical mobility equipment is eligible, including:

  • Electric wheelchairs
  • Mobility scooters
  • Pressure relief mattresses
  • Walking aids
  • Bathroom safety equipment
  • Hospital Beds

When you proceed to checkout and choose Sika as your payment option, we’ll automatically confirm which items in your cart qualify.

What happens if I have both HSA/FSA eligible and ineligible items in my cart?

No problem! If your cart includes both eligible and ineligible items, Sika will prompt you to split the payment. You can use your HSA/FSA card for the qualified portion, and a regular credit/debit card for the rest.

What if I don't have enough money in my HSA/FSA account to cover the purchase amount?

If your HSA/FSA balance is lower than your order total, Sika will automatically ask you to pay the remaining balance with another card.

My payment didn’t go through with Sika. Why is that?

There are a few common reasons:

  • Your card may not have sufficient funds
  • The item may not qualify under your HSA/FSA plan
  • Your HSA/FSA provider may require additional verification

You can try again or contact your HSA/FSA provider for details. Our support team is also happy to help.
