The ULB3.9 Super Low to Floor Bed from Medacure is designed for safety, comfort, and ease of use. The low profile bed frame adjusts 3.9” off the ground up to 25” high, helping to prevent falls and making transfers easier for caregivers.

The ULB3.9 low profile platform bed features precise adjustments for height, head, foot, Trendelenburg, and reverse Trendelenburg positions, ensuring optimal comfort and medical care.
Designed with built-in width expansion and LINAK actuators for reliability, the ULB3.9 provides flexibility and ease of use in diverse healthcare settings while prioritizing safety and hygiene with its 5.7-inch under-bed clearance.

Caregivers can adjust the side rails with a single touch for quick and convenient use. Its modular design allows for easy disassembly, making transport and storage simple—perfect for healthcare and home care settings.
For additional safety feature, ULB3.9 Super Low Floor Bed offers a optional Pivot Assist Bar to add with your purchase. The Pivot Assist Bar is a sturdy grab bar that helps make getting in and out of bed safer and easier. It pivots to the side for better positioning and has a large, easy-to-hold handle for quick support when needed. You can also hang a hand pendant at different heights on the inner bars for convenience. It securely attaches to all Medacure bed frames.

If you confirm that you wish to proceed, the order becomes a confirmed backorder. Once we commit funds with the supplier to reserve inventory specifically for your order, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion if the order has not yet been placed with the supplier or shipped.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
Approved returns are subject to:

After 7 days, and up to 14 days from delivery, eligible products may be exchanged only.
After 14 days, all sales are considered final.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Pre-orders and confirmed backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase. Once inventory is reserved and funds are committed with the supplier, these orders cannot be cancelled.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight logistics.
Any exception granted is at our sole discretion and may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.
If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Freight and large-item deliveries are scheduled to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before submitting your order.
If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and all outbound and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment requires re-delivery, address correction, or is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping, freight, storage, or re-delivery fees charged by the carrier.
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product.

After the return period has passed, any repair or replacement requests will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and may require return of the defective item for inspection.
