The Afiscooter C is a mid-size mobility scooter designed for routine indoor and outdoor travel where stability and predictable handling matter.

A key design feature is its full front and rear suspension, which helps manage surface changes by keeping the scooter balanced as you move over uneven ground or transitions between areas.

The Afiscooter C operates with a 24V rear-wheel drive DC motor rated at up to 950W, supporting a documented maximum speed range of 10–15 km/h (6.2–9.3 mph) depending on local regulations.

With a travel range of up to (27 miles) on fully charged batteries, it allows you to plan longer daily routes without frequent recharging. A maximum climbing angle of 9° (16%) supports use on typical ramps and inclines when operated.

Seating and Stability Designed for Routine Travel

The scooter features a rotating seat that swivels 45° or 90°, paired with folding armrests to support entry, exit, and seated positioning. A full front and rear suspension system works with the scooter’s frame geometry to maintain stability across uneven surfaces.

Rear shock absorbers can be adjusted by a technician to match load requirements, ensuring the scooter remains within its designed operating parameters.

Controls, Visibility, and Practical Storage

A delta tiller with an integrated LCD display presents key operational data including speed, battery status, and indicators. Finger-touch controls on both sides allow operation without repositioning the hands.

Visibility is supported through LED headlights, rear lights, and signal indicators, while storage includes a lockable front compartment and an optional rear lockbox for carried items.

Warranty Information

All Afiscooters are covered by extensive warranty for a minimum period of one year. The warranty policy must also reflect the local rules and regulations. Please contact your local provider for specific details.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with the order details. This means we’ve received your order and are starting to process it.

🚫 Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

• Within 24 hours of placing your order: Free cancellation.

  • Exception: If your order has already been processed a 25% restocking fee may apply even within the first 24 hours.

• After 24 hours: A 25% restocking fee will apply, certain brands cannot be cancelled,

• Custom orders: Cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Please note:

• Some orders are processed and paid immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase.

• Returns requested after 7 days, up to 14 days, are only eligible for an exchange and may be subject to a restocking fee.

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.

💵 Refunds

Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

🔁 Returns (Exchanges)

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents

• A 25% restocking fee applies

• Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene, customization, or manufacturer policies. These include (but are not limited to):

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted

• Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

📭 Missed Deliveries

Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)

• Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

• You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.

• We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.

Returns to Sender

• If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

• You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

🔧 Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by brand. We can provide:

• Proof of purchase

• Warranty documentation

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.
