It offers four cycle time settings (10/15/20/25 minutes) for customizable therapy. The digital adjustable setting supports weights up to 660 lbs. With 10" air cells, it provides extra comfort and support. It also has a static mode for easy transfers, a seat inflate option for added comfort while sitting, and a max firm option for quick inflation and extra firmness. The mattress dimensions are 13 inches (L) x 5 inches (W) x 10 inches (H).

This mattress system includes quick-release tubing and a transport connector for easy handling. The Max Firm option provides rapid inflation for extra firmness. LIMITED WARRANTY


The Manufacturer warrants to the original user (Customer) all products manufactured by the
Manufacturer to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and
service for a period as specified below. If such a defect appears and Customer has given
immediate written notification of same, the Manufacturer shall replace or repair such part at
the Manufacturers option. The Manufacturer will require the return of the defective part to
establish the claim. The Manufacturer’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to said
replacement and/or repair. Installation and freight costs for replaced or repaired items remain
the responsibility of the Customer. This warranty does not cover failure due to negligence,
accident, deliberate abuse, nor improper installation and/or maintenance. Modifications made
to products (including modifications without the expressed written consent of the
Manufacturer) shall void this warranty in its entirety. NO FURTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE NOT SPECIFIED HEREIN, ARE MADE BY THE MANUFACTURER, AND
THIS WARRANTY SETS FORTH THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE
MANUFACTURE, USE OR SALE OF THE PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS SOLD HEREUNDER. No
allowances will be made for delays or loss of profit, nor for any other special, indirect or
consequential damages or injuries, whether based on tort or contract.

If you confirm that you wish to proceed, the order becomes a confirmed backorder. Once we commit funds with the supplier to reserve inventory specifically for your order, it cannot be cancelled.

You will receive email updates throughout the process, including tracking details once your order ships.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion if the order has not yet been placed with the supplier or shipped.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

Approved returns are subject to:

  • A 25% restocking fee

  • Non-refundable outbound shipping

  • Non-refundable white-glove delivery charges (if applicable)

After 14 days, all sales are considered final.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Pre-orders and confirmed backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase. Once inventory is reserved and funds are committed with the supplier, these orders cannot be cancelled.

Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight logistics.

Any exception granted is at our sole discretion and may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee.

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.

If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

Missed Deliveries, Refused Shipments & Incorrect Addresses

Freight and large-item deliveries are scheduled to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before submitting your order.

If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and all outbound and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment requires re-delivery, address correction, or is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping, freight, storage, or re-delivery fees charged by the carrier.

Warranty
