Warranty Information

This warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser of the product, provided the product was purchased new and unused from MedaCure or an authorized dealer. It is not transferable or assignable to any subsequent purchaser or owner. Coverage under this warranty terminates upon any resale or transfer of ownership to another party.

This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights that vary by state.

Warranty Coverage:
Mattress and Cover: MedaCure warrants that when purchased new and unused, the mattress and cover are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. A copy of the seller's invoice is required for warranty coverage.

Control Unit: Similarly, the control unit is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. A copy of the seller's invoice is required for warranty coverage.

If the product is proven to be defective within the warranty period, MedaCure will either repair or replace it at their discretion. This warranty does not cover labor or shipping charges related to the repair or installation of replacement parts. MedaCure's sole obligation and the customer's exclusive remedy is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.

How to Obtain Warranty Service:
Contact the dealer from whom you purchased your MedaCure product.
If you purchased directly from MedaCure, contact MedaCure customer service.
Provide the following information:
Model number
Date of purchase
Nature of the defect
Serial number (if applicable)
Note: Products should not be returned to MedaCure without prior consent. A return authorization number must be obtained before returning the product. Shipments sent C.O.D. will be refused. Return shipping charges must be prepaid. Defective units or parts must be returned within thirty (30) days of the return authorization date, with the serial number (if applicable) used as identification.

  • Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase.

  • Returns requested after 7 days, up to 14 days, are only eligible for an exchange and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.

💵 Refunds

Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

🔁 Returns (Exchanges)

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents

  • A 25% restocking fee applies

  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted

  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

📭 Missed Deliveries

Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)

  • Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

  • You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.

  • We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.

Returns to Sender

  • If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

  • You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

🔧 Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by brand. We can provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Warranty documentation

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.
