Bestcare Limited Warranty

Who’s covered: The warranty covers only the original buyer (not transferable).

What’s covered: All Bestcare patient lifts, slings, and accessories are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and performance for the time periods below.

How to claim: Warranty claims must be made through the original authorized dealer or distributor, with proof of purchase and serial number (if applicable).

Return Authorization: You must get a Return Authorization (RA) number from Bestcare before returning any item. Items returned without an RA or after 30 days of authorization will be refused.

Repair or replace: Bestcare may choose to repair or replace only the defective part, not the whole product. The repaired/replaced part is covered for the rest of the original warranty period.

No advance replacements: If you need a replacement before returning the defective item, the dealer must buy the new item at full cost first. Freight charges are the dealer’s responsibility. If the returned item is proven defective, Bestcare will credit the cost of the replacement (minus shipping).

What’s not covered: Damage due to misuse, accidents, abuse, improper installation, neglect, unauthorized parts, tampering, normal wear and tear, or removed serial numbers.

Warranty periods:

3 Years: Patient lift frame & spreader bar

2 Years: Actuator, control box, pendant, charger, weigh scale, Stand Aids (STA400 & STA450), casters (tread wear excluded)

1 Year: Battery or hydraulic pump

6 Months: Reusable fabric slings

Order Processing 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received and begun processing your order.

Stock availability is confirmed after purchase:

  • In stock: Your order will be prepared and shipped.

  • Out of stock/backorder: We will contact you with available options, which may include an estimated restock date, an alternative product, or a refund if you choose not to proceed.

You will receive email updates throughout the process, including tracking details once your order ships.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion only if the order has not been placed/paid with the supplier or shipped.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most products. All approved refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all shipping and any white-glove delivery costs are non-refundable.

After 7 days, and up to 14 days from delivery, eligible orders may be exchanged only, subject to the same condition requirements.

Certain products, including pre-orders, backorders, custom items, and select brands, are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. After 14 days from delivery, all sales are final.

Condition of Returns

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, components, and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Pre-orders and backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase to secure inventory that is specifically allocated to your order.

Once placed, we immediately commit funds with our suppliers and reserve inventory. For this reason, pre-orders and backorders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once confirmed.

Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight and logistics issues.

If an exception is approved at our sole discretion, a cancellation and restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from any approved refund.

Final Sale Items

The following categories are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Beds and mattresses

  • Batteries and chargers

  • All lifts (residential, vehicle, and patient lifts)

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.

If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

Missed Deliveries & Refused Shipments

Large or freight items are delivered to the address provided at checkout and are typically not returned to sender. Tracking details will be provided.

If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and you are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs.

Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand.
We can provide proof of purchase and assist with documentation; however, warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer.

After the return period, repair or replacement decisions are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and may require return of the defective item.
