Pivot Gait Trainer – Adjustable Pediatric Walker for Safe Walking Support and Mobility

Learning to walk can be challenging, and the Circle Specialty Pivot Pediatric Gait Trainer provides structured support to help children practice walking safely and effectively. The Pivot Gait Trainer features a pivoting frame design that moves with the user’s steps.

This allows the walker to support natural walking patterns while maintaining stability, so users can shift weight safely from one leg to the other. The pivoting action also reduces effort and provides smoother movement over different surfaces coordination.

Adaptive Gait Trainer – Maintains Balance and Posture as Children Grow

The Pivot Gait Trainer is available in three sizes, allowing families to select the model that fits the child’s height and walking needs. The height-adjustable frame can be raised or lowered to match the child’s size, keeping them upright and balanced while walking.

This pediatric mobility pivot walker can be used in either the front (anterior) or back (posterior) position to support specific walking patterns. Medium and Large sizes fold for easy transport and storage, providing consistent support for safe and controlled walking at home, school, or therapy.

  • Anterior position → The gait trainer is placed in front of the user. The user holds onto it and pushes it forward while walking. This setup helps guide movement from the front and is common for users who need support leading their steps.

  • Posterior position → The gait trainer is placed behind the user. The user pushes it as they walk forward. This setup encourages a more upright posture because the frame supports from behind, helping with balance and alignment.

Features and Benefits

  • Height-Adjustable Frame (1” Increments) – Can be raised or lowered in 1-inch steps to fit the child’s size, ensuring upright posture and balanced walking.

  • Front or Back Position (Anterior/Posterior) – Supports different walking patterns and provides stability from either direction.

  • Lightweight Aluminum Frame – Easy to move and handle without heavy lifting, making it practical for home, school, or therapy.

  • Four-Function Lockable Casters – Smooth movement indoors and outdoors, with swivel or straight-locked options for controlled walking.

  • Swivel Lock & Directional Lock – Switches between forward-only or all-direction movement for safer and guided walking practice.

  • Brake System – Stops the walker from rolling when needed, preventing accidental movement and enhancing safety.

  • Medium & Large Sizes Fold Easily – Convenient for transport and storage, making it easy to take between locations.

  • Variable Resistance Range – Adjustable resistance allows users to control walking speed and maintain alignment for more stable steps.
