The Freedom Chair comes with two sets of wheels smaller rugged wheels for indoor use and 10-inch never-flat tires for outside. That means you can move someone quickly over bumpy sidewalks, uneven paths, or up and down stairways with confidence. It supports over 650 lbs, has armrests, safety restraints, and six lifting points, and is made from strong but lightweight aluminum. With removable handles and carrying arms, it gives you full control, whether you’re helping alone or with a team.

💵 Refunds
Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items
If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost toyou. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted
Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
📭 Missed Deliveries
Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)
Large freight deliveries arenot usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.
You will be giventracking details to monitor your shipment.
We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.
Returns to Sender
If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.
