The Dolphin FIS System comes in different sizes to fit various needs. It includes a 35” x 82” low-profile mattress or a 42” x 82” version for larger patients. There’s also an expandable model (35” x 82-92” x 8”) for adjustable beds. The low-profile design provides a thinner support surface while still offering the benefits of Fluid Immersion Simulation technology.

Warranty Information

• The Dolphin Fluid Immersion Simulation(FIS) Low Profile Mattress System provides a 2-year warranty on the mattress and its electronic components (compressors, valves, circuit boards, hoses, and couplers). The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use but does not cover damage from misuse.

Pre-Orders

Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

• A 25% restocking fee applies

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted

📭 Missed Deliveries

Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)

• Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

• You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.

• We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.

Returns to Sender

• If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

• You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.
