The Q Series Advantage Bed by Span America is an electric low bed designed for residential care environments and home use. It supports smooth operation, clear positioning adjustments, and features that help simplify daily routines for users and caregivers. The bed has a safe working load of up to 500 lbs, making it suitable for a wide range of care setups.

The bed adjusts from 7 7/8" to 31", allowing users and caregivers to set a height that works for transfers and day-to-day activities. The low setting also reduces the distance to the floor.

The QD1000 series includes motorized adjustment of key sections:
Backrest elevation: 0° to 70°
Knee elevation: 0° to 30°
Trendelenburg and Reverse Trendelenburg: up to 19°
Comfort Chair: Changes the bed into a seated, chair-like position for activities such as reading, meals, or conversation.
Auto-Contour: Raises the head and knee sections together to help reduce sliding toward the foot of the bed during adjustments.
11-function hand pendant: Lets users adjust height, backrest, and knee positions.
Optional staff control panel: Adds Trendelenburg, Reverse Trendelenburg, and lockout features for supervised operation.

Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase.
Returns requested after 7 days, up to 14 days, are only eligible for an exchange and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.
Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.
Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:
Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents
A 25% restocking fee applies
Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted
Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)
Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.
You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.
We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.
Returns to Sender
If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.
