The Rhythm Multi Plus Mattress by Prius Healthcare is a low air loss and alternating pressure surface for Rhythm Multi Plus Mattress System, this mattress designed to keep the body evenly supported through every change in position. It’s made for people who spend long hours in bed and need steady, balanced pressure management.

The system combines three air flow modes that work together to reduce pressure on the body, adjusts air levels automatically when the bed is raised, and includes a heel zone with softer settings for added relief under the legs.

These features help the user stay properly supported, maintain balance, and rest more comfortably throughout the day and night. Reminder: The True Low Air Loss, 3-in-1 Alternating Therapy, Auto Fowler, and Heel Relief Zone functions only operate when connected to the Rhythm Multi Plus Control Unit.

Adaptive Pressure Relief Features

  • Pulsation Mode – The mattress cycles air automatically in adjustable intervals from 3 to 95 minutes, raising and lowering pressure across the body to keep weight evenly distributed.

  • Auto Fowler – The system includes automatic sensing technology that detects when the head of the bed is raised and increases air pressure in response to maintain even support and prevent bottoming out.

Warranty Information

Prius Healthcare Products guarantees this equipment is free from defects in material and workmanship.

We will repair or replace any defective equipment returned to the service address (with prepaid transportation) within 12 months of delivery to the original purchaser.

This warranty covers repairs or adjustments at no charge. However, it excludes damage caused by shipping, tampering, improper maintenance, accidents, negligence, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

Prius Healthcare Products is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the equipment.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with the order details. This means we’ve received your order and are starting to process it.

Your payment method is pre-authorized at checkout. You’ll only be charged once we verify and prepare your order for shipment.

  • Within 24 hours of placing your order: Free cancellation.

    • Exception: If your order has already been processed a 25% restocking fee may apply even within the first 24 hours.

  • After 24 hours: A 25% restocking fee will apply, certain brands cannot be cancelled,

  • Custom orders: Cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Please note:

  • Some orders are processed and paid immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase.

  • Returns requested after 7 days, up to 14 days, are only eligible for an exchange and may be subject to a restocking fee.

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing.


Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.

💵 Refunds

Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

🔁 Returns (Exchanges)

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents

  • A 25% restocking fee applies

  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene, customization, or manufacturer policies. These include (but are not limited to):

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted

  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

📭 Missed Deliveries

Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)

  • Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

  • You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.

  • We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.

Returns to Sender

  • If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

  • You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

🔧 Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by brand. We can provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Warranty documentation

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.

By placing an order, you acknowledge our return, refund, and delivery policies. These terms will be provided to your financial institution in the event of a dispute.
