The First Class Protekt® Aire 3500 is a low air loss and alternating pressure mattress system designed for enhanced comfort and pressure relief. With a weight capacity of 350 lbs and dimensions of 80”L x 36”W x 8”H, it helps prevent pressure ulcers while ensuring stability. The 5” air mattress with a 3” densified fiber base provides a safety layer in case of power failure.
The Protekt Aire 3600 by Proactive Medical comes wit a 18 laser-cut air holes improve airflow to keep patients cool and dry, while the fluid-resistant quilted nylon cover adds comfort and durability. The adjustable airflow dial allows for customized pressure settings, and a 10-minute alternating cycle promotes even pressure distribution. The pillow top feature stabilizes the head and neck, while optional raised side rails provide extra security.
The Protekt Aire 3600 is Medicare code E0277 compliant, ensuring it meets high standards of medical care. With a weight capacity of up to 350 pounds, the mattress is crafted from high-quality materials, including a nylon top cover that is fluid-resistant, anti-microbial, and anti-bacterial, providing both durability and comfort.

All our products are sourced directly from manufacturers. If you need to exchange a product, you must first receive a return authorization form. Each manufacturer sets their own timeframes for possible returns. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during returns and exchanges.
Once the manufacturer receives and inspects your returned item, your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method. While inspections can take up to four weeks, they are usually completed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be adjusted for outbound and return shipping costs, handling, and a 25% restocking fee.
If you do not see the refund within 7 business days after approval, please contact your bank or credit card provider, as additional processing times may apply.

Please inspect the packaging upon delivery. If you notice any damage, note it when signing for the shipment. If your item arrives damaged, email photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description, to support@firstclassmobility.com. Freight damage must be reported within 24 hours with photos and videos, or the claim will not be valid. Exterior damage, including punctures, must also be reported within 24 hours.

BOGO Promotions
In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will get a replacement of that item or store credit for the value of that item when purchased on its own. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee.
