Purpose and Benefits
The GoLift ceiling lift system is designed to safely and easily lift, transfer, and reposition patients with minimal effort from caregivers, regardless of room layout. It is user-friendly for both caregivers and patients, offering a safe, efficient, and reliable solution that meets the highest standards of functionality and safety in any environment.

Warranty Coverage
Amico Mobility Solutions Corporation provides a one-year warranty on its lifting equipment, including the tracks, lift motor, carry bar, and accessories, as well as a one-year warranty on Amico slings. Any defective parts will be replaced free of charge within the warranty period. Shipping and installation costs after the first year are the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions and Limitations

Battery Warranty: Covered for 3 months.
Power Supply Warranty: Covered for 1 year.
The warranty is only valid if the product is installed and used according to Amico’s specifications.
The warranty does not cover damages from shipping, misuse, accidents, or acts of God.
Service and Unauthorized Work
Warranty coverage is void if the GoLift system is serviced by anyone other than an Amico-trained technician. Only authorized individuals are permitted to perform service work on the equipment.

Liability Limitation
Amico Mobility Solutions Corporation’s liability under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing defective parts. It does not cover incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the equipment.

Your payment method is pre-authorized at checkout. You’ll only be charged once we verify and prepare your order for shipment.

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • Within 24 hours of placing your order: Free cancellation.

    • Exception: If your order has already been processed a 25% restocking fee may apply even within the first 24 hours.

  • After 24 hours: A 25% restocking fee will apply, certain brands cannot be cancelled,

  • Custom orders: Cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Please note:

  • Some orders are processed and paid immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase.

  • Returns requested after 7 days, up to 14 days, are only eligible for an exchange and may be subject to a restocking fee.

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing.


Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.

💵 Refunds

Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

🔁 Returns (Exchanges)

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents

  • A 25% restocking fee applies

  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene, customization, or manufacturer policies. These include (but are not limited to):

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted

  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

📭 Missed Deliveries

Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)

  • Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

  • You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.

  • We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.

Returns to Sender

  • If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

  • You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

🔧 Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by brand. We can provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Warranty documentation

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.

By placing an order, you acknowledge our return, refund, and delivery policies. These terms will be provided to your financial institution in the event of a dispute.
