One (1) Year from the date of purchase, if any part or electronic component of the scooter is
found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be replaced at
Pushpak’s discretion.
The batteries are warranted by Pushpak for 1 year after the purchase of the Unit.
Labor and service calls are NOT included: The purchaser is responsible for the delivery to the
authorized repair facility. Satisfactory proof of purchase is always required for warranty service.
Please contact the dealer/company from whom you purchased your Pushpak product.
SHIPPING - DOMESTIC: Parts will be provided under warranty at no charge. All warranty
items will be shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping fees will be at the expense of the purchaser.
SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL: Parts will be provided under warranty at no charge, but
shipping to any offshore and/or international location will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
International and offshore end-users must contact Pushpak directly to initiate the warranty
process.
MOTOR: In cases where there is an increase in the operational noise level, the warranty does not
apply.
(An increase in operational noise level usually occurs due to excessive strain on the trike).


SERVICE: Warranty service can be performed by Pushpak or by an authorized service facility.
Do not return faulty parts to Pushpak without prior consent. A request for a Return Authorization
is required prior to returning items. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while
submitting units and/or parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original
purchaser.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: This warranty is only given to the original purchaser of the
Scooter.
This Warranty excludes:
• Battery Charger: The charger carries a 30 day warranty.
• Consumable items which may need replacing due to normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, belts,
bulbs, upholstery and seating, throttle, brakes, motor brushes, fuses, plastic shrouds and footrest
covers)
• Damaged caused by: battery fluid spillage or leakage, abuse, misuse, accident, negligence,
improper operation, excessive loading, maintenance, storage, commercial use, or use other than
normal.
• Used other than for the purpose of the purchaser’s mobility.
• Repairs and/or modifications made to any part of the scooter without specific and prior consent
from Pushpak.
• Labor, service calls, shipping (including warranty claims), and other charges incurred for repair
of the product are not approved by Pushpak unless authorized.
• Batteries: Batteries carry a limited warranty which is subject to a stringent wear and tear clause.
Any battery faults due to a defect in the original manufacture will normally become obvious
within the first two months of use. Any gradual deterioration in performance after this period is
normally associated with fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and as such is not
covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. There is no other express warranty.
• Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are
limited to one (1) year from the date of the original purchase and to the extent permitted by law.
Any and all implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for
consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded.

  • Within 24 hours of placing your order: Free cancellation.

    • Exception: If your order has already been processed a 25% restocking fee may apply even within the first 24 hours.

  • After 24 hours: A 25% restocking fee will apply, certain brands cannot be cancelled,

  • Custom orders: Cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Please note:

  • Some orders are processed and paid immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase.

  • Returns requested after 7 days, up to 14 days, are only eligible for an exchange and may be subject to a restocking fee.

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing.


Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.

💵 Refunds

Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

🔁 Returns (Exchanges)

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents

  • A 25% restocking fee applies

  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene, customization, or manufacturer policies. These include (but are not limited to):

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted

  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

📭 Missed Deliveries

Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)

  • Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

  • You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.

  • We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.

Returns to Sender

  • If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

  • You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

🔧 Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by brand. We can provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Warranty documentation

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.

By placing an order, you acknowledge our return, refund, and delivery policies. These terms will be provided to your financial institution in the event of a dispute.
