The Saddle Anti-Thrust Cushion is built for users who need help staying centered and preventing forward sliding. Its raised front section creates a gentle anti-thrust barrier that supports pelvic stability and reduces the tendency to shift forward during daily movement or transfers.
Inside, the dual-layer foam provides steady support and everyday comfort. Deep medial and lateral leg contours help guide the legs into a natural, aligned position, and the rounded base works on both sling-style and solid seat bases. A coccyx relief cutout helps ease pressure toward the back of the cushion, while the waterfall front edge reduces pressure under the thighs.
To keep the cushion secure, the Kwik-Strap attaches it directly to the wheelchair, preventing unwanted movement. The Solace™ cover is soft, stretchable, fluid-resistant, and easy to wipe clean—ideal for daily use and long sitting times.
For users who want an extra layer of weight distribution and cooling, the optional QuadraGel insert uses four gel chambers to spread pressure evenly and help maintain a comfortable seating temperature.

Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase.
Returns requested after 7 days, up to 14 days, are only eligible for an exchange and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.
Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.
Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:
Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents
A 25% restocking fee applies
Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted
Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)
Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.
You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.
We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.
Returns to Sender
If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.
