The Support-Pro Wedge from Comfort Company is built for wheelchair users who need extra help staying upright and centered. By raising the front of the cushion slightly it creates gentle forward support that helps reduce sliding and makes seated posture easier to maintain throughout the day.

Inside, a responsive Moleculon™ foam core provides a stable feel without being overly firm. The underside is shaped with a broad radius so it fits well on both sling seats and solid bases. The front edge rolls downward, giving the thighs a smoother transition and reducing pressure under the legs. A small cutout at the rear helps lower pressure around the tailbone, and the Kwik-Strap keeps the cushion anchored to the chair so it stays put during daily use.

The Solace™ cover is soft, stretchable, and easy to clean, with a flexible design that helps protect the skin from friction.
For users who spend long hours seated or want extra pressure distribution, the optional QuadraGel insert uses four gel sections to balance heat and spread weight more evenly.

Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase.
Returns requested after 7 days, up to 14 days, are only eligible for an exchange and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.
Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.
Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted
Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)
Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.
You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.
We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.
Returns to Sender
If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by brand. We can provide:

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.
