The DeBug Aluminum Beach Walker is great for people with mobility challenges on sand or uneven surfaces. There are two models: the Standard Tall for users between 5'6" and 6'4", with a 17-inch seat and 350 lbs capacity, and the Petite Size for users between 5'0" and 5'6", with a 14.5-inch seat and 300 lbs capacity. Both models offer comfort and stability on beach terrains, with sizes tailored to different body types.

This lightweight, durable walker features a special design with sturdy wheels that make it easy to glide smoothly over sand and tough surfaces. It provides stable support as you walk, making it perfect for beaches and uneven outdoor areas.
The foldable frame allows for quick and easy storage and transport. You can effortlessly collapse it to fit in your car or closet, making it always ready to go wherever you need it.
To sit safely, first, lock the brakes by pushing down on the handles until they stay put. Check that the rollator is stable before you sit. Use the handles for support as you turn around, and touch the back of your legs to the edge of the seat to position yourself correctly. Slowly lower yourself onto the seat while holding the handles, and make sure your weight is spread evenly to avoid tipping over. Keep both feet flat on the ground and avoid leaning to one side or putting all your weight on the handles.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion only if the order has not been placed/paid with the supplier or shipped.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most products. All approved refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all shipping and any white-glove delivery costs are non-refundable.
After 7 days, and up to 14 days from delivery, eligible orders may be exchanged only, subject to the same condition requirements.
Certain products, including pre-orders, backorders, custom items, and select brands, are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. After 14 days from delivery, all sales are final.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, components, and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Pre-orders and backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase to secure inventory that is specifically allocated to your order.
Once placed, we immediately commit funds with our suppliers and reserve inventory. For this reason, pre-orders and backorders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once confirmed.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight and logistics issues.
If an exception is approved at our sole discretion, a cancellation and restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from any approved refund.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.
If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Large or freight items are delivered to the address provided at checkout and are typically not returned to sender. Tracking details will be provided.
If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and you are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs.
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand.
We can provide proof of purchase and assist with documentation; however, warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer.
After the return period, repair or replacement decisions are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and may require return of the defective item.
