Straight-Through or 90-Degree Exit
The standard setup allows straight-in and straight-out movement. Want more flexibility in tight spaces? The optional 90-degree platform lets users turn left or right to exit—ideal for porches or areas with limited room.
Note: The 90-degree platform option is only available for the standard 50" or 60" models, not the 72" lift.
Reversible Design Fits Your Space
You can place the tower on either side and reposition the automatic ramp and safety barrier to suit your layout. This makes it one of the most customizable lifts on the market.
Smooth Ride with Screw Drive System
Unlike chain-driven lifts, the P-Lift uses a screw drive system, making your ride up and down quiet, smooth, and reliable. It’s also much safer, with fewer moving parts and less chance of failure.

The P-Lift-50 now includes wireless operation as a standard feature, allowing users and caregivers to control the lift while moving around freely. This system uses a secure signal and can move the lift up and down, with an emergency stop for safety. 🔁 Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days, subject to the following:
Return Requirements:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents
- Subject to 25% restocking fee
- Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and paid by the customer

Once returned and inspected by the manufacturer, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Inspections typically take 7–10 business days.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and are delivered within 4–8 business days, unless otherwise noted.
Orders from Canada may take longer due to customs clearance.
📦 Damages Upon Delivery
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If there’s damage, take photos of the box, product, and damage, and email them to support@firstclassmobility.com within 24 hours with your order number and a short description.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
📭 Missed Deliveries
If you're unavailable during delivery and the item is returned to the sender:
- 25% restocking fee applies
- You’re responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs
To avoid this, contact the freight carrier or our team to reschedule your delivery.
