Each lift is load-tested and rotates 360 degrees, allowing flexible positioning for transfers into and out of pools or spas. The Triton includes a six-point safety sling hanger, free concrete anchor for installation, and an easy-to-use handheld control system. Optional accessories include a hard-shell seat, surface-mount or wood-deck anchors, and wireless keychain remotes.
Soft Mesh Sling or Hard Shell Seat
The Triton Pool Lift comes with a quick-dry, soft mesh sling as the standard option, ideal for users with very limited to no mobility, such as quadriplegics. For individuals who can stand and pivot, there's also an optional hard shell seat. This seat allows users to easily sit and be lifted in and out of the pool. Please note, the hard shell seat option is recommended for pool use only and not for hot tubs or spas.
Understanding the Triton’s 8-Foot Range
While the Triton’s boom arm measures 54 inches in length, its smart design allows for a total lifting range of nearly 8 feet from the highest to the lowest usable point. This means that as the arm raises and lowers through its full motion, the seat travels a total distance of 8 feet, giving the Triton exceptional versatility for reaching both above-ground and in-ground pool levels.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you promptly with updated availability and options. At that time, you may choose to proceed with the revised timeline or cancel for a full refund.
If you confirm that you wish to proceed, the order becomes a confirmed backorder. Once we commit funds with the supplier to reserve inventory specifically for your order, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion if the order has not yet been placed with the supplier or shipped.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

After 14 days, all sales are considered final.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Pre-orders and confirmed backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase. Once inventory is reserved and funds are committed with the supplier, these orders cannot be cancelled.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight logistics.
Any exception granted is at our sole discretion and may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee.

Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.
If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Missed Deliveries, Refused Shipments & Incorrect Addresses
Freight and large-item deliveries are scheduled to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before submitting your order.
If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and all outbound and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment requires re-delivery, address correction, or is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping, freight, storage, or re-delivery fees charged by the carrier.
Warranty

We are happy to assist you with documentation, proof of purchase, and guidance throughout the warranty process. Warranty service, repairs, and replacements are handled directly by the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and coverage.
After the return period has passed, any repair or replacement requests will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and may require return of the defective item for inspection.
