The OB-1680 provides manual “Easy Go” Bedpan and Shampoo functions through a Quick-Release Valve system. The caregiver manually deflates and reinflates the mattress section to create space for a bedpan or shampoo basin.

The OB-1680 features 4″ inflatable guardrails and 7″ side bolsters rise with the mattress, providing soft support to help prevent falls and keep the patient centered.
They offer the same safety benefits as higher models but inflate as part of the mattress system rather than through a separate control button
The OB-1680 offers adjustable rotation angles of 15°, 25°, and 40°, with Left, Right, and Auto modes.
These settings improve mobility, support breathing by changing position, and add safety during therapy.
15° Self-Lateral Rotation & Sinking System
Gentle 15° air-cell movement redistributes pressure and improves circulation.
The sinking design lowers the surface up to 4 inches to keep patients centered and secure during rotation.
When the head of the bed is elevated, the Fowler function increases support in the seat and torso sections to prevent bottoming out.
This helps maintain proper posture and provides better support while the patient is in a seated position.
Delivers airflow through tiny channels at 15 LPM, while a built-in 820 L fan ventilates beneath the patient, reducing heat and humidity buildup. It is designed for patients with Stage 1–4 pressure ulcers.

Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.
Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.
Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted
Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)
Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.
You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.
We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.
Returns to Sender
If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.
