The Enhance RDX Mattress is air mattress replacement for your Enhance RDX Mattress System designed for individuals who remain in bed for extended periods and need steady surface stability.
Its cell-in-cell air bladder design keeps each section partially inflated during a power outage, so the user stays supported without sinking or sudden changes in position. The 18 modular air cells can be replaced individually, keeping the mattress consistent and easy to maintain through daily use.
A built-in heel relief zone uses softer air cells at the foot section to lessen pressure under the legs, helping the user rest in a more natural and balanced position throughout the day.

Pre-Orders

To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items
If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

📭 Missed Deliveries

Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.
