The SERENE® Foam Top Layer forms the upper section of the Ultra Convertible mattress, designed to evenly distribute body weight and maintain a stable resting surface.
Beneath it, the internal zoned design divides the mattress into areas for the head, shoulders, torso, and feet, giving each part of the body the right level of support.
A multi-layer foam heel section adds softness under the legs, easing downward pressure and keeping the heels slightly elevated. Together, these features help users stay well-positioned, reduce strain on pressure points, and maintain steady body alignment during rest.

Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.
💵 Refunds
Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items
If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

📭 Missed Deliveries
Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)

Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.

We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.
Returns to Sender

If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.
