At 13.5 lbs (frame only), the Feather Chair is designed for individuals who require a wheelchair that’s easier to lift, load, and manoeuvre day-to-day. Most wheelchairs are heavy and awkward to handle. The Feather Chair keeps weight to a minimum, making it easier to place into a car, store, and transport without strain. With the rear wheels attached, the total weight is 19 lbs.
The chair folds down quickly for transport. The backrest folds flat and the seat lifts at the center to collapse the frame. Optional quick-release rear wheels can be removed with the push of a button, reducing lifting weight even further. Once you arrive, unfolding and reattaching the wheels takes less than a minute.
Wheel locks are positioned at the front of the frame and are easy for the seated user to reach, helping prevent unwanted movement. For caregivers, integrated hand brakes on the push handles provide added control when slowing, stopping, or navigating slopes.
The Feather Mobility Chair supports up to 250 lbs and includes swingaway footrests. Optional accessories, such as coloured overlay cushions and a carry bag, enable the chair to be customised for both comfort and travel needs.
Note: 13.5 lbs refers to the frame only. Total weight with wheels is 19 lbs. Footrests and anti-tippers are not included in the stated weight.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion only if the order has not been placed/paid with the supplier or shipped.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most products. All approved refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all shipping and any white-glove delivery costs are non-refundable.
After 7 days, and up to 14 days from delivery, eligible orders may be exchanged only, subject to the same condition requirements.
Certain products, including pre-orders, backorders, custom items, and select brands, are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. After 14 days from delivery, all sales are final.
Condition of Returns
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, components, and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Pre-orders and backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase to secure inventory that is specifically allocated to your order.
Once placed, we immediately commit funds with our suppliers and reserve inventory. For this reason, pre-orders and backorders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once confirmed.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight and logistics issues.
If an exception is approved at our sole discretion, a cancellation and restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from any approved refund.

Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.
If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Missed Deliveries & Refused Shipments
Large or freight items are delivered to the address provided at checkout and are typically not returned to sender. Tracking details will be provided.
If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and you are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs.
Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand. We can provide proof of purchase and assist with documentation; however, warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer.
After the return period, repair or replacement decisions are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and may require return of the defective item.
