The MOXI SELECTAIR Mattress System with Foot Pillow is a powered low air loss pressure management surface designed to protect skin, reduce pressure, and manage moisture for patients who spend extended time in bed.

Supporting patients up to 400 lbs, it provides low air loss therapy for pressure injuries across Stages I–IV. A constant, gentle flow of air moves through the surface to draw heat and humidity away from the body, helping keep the skin cool, dry, and protected.

Designed to transform patient comfort and care, the SelectAir Standard helps prevent skin breakdown, simplifies daily care, and creates a healthier healing surface.

Core Therapy

The SelectAir® delivers true low air loss therapy that redistributes pressure evenly across the body to support vulnerable areas such as the sacrum, shoulders, and heels. Continuous airflow minimizes heat buildup and shear forces while maintaining a balanced microclimate that promotes comfort and skin integrity.

Operation and Controls

Caregivers can quickly tailor the surface to each situation using simple, push-button controls.

• Firm Mattress Mode inflates the surface for repositioning or care.

• Upright Mode automatically adjusts pressure when the head of the bed is raised.

• CPR Deflate releases air instantly for emergency procedures.

Added Protection

The Foot Pillow extends the mattress length by four inches and cushions the heels to help prevent friction and migration injuries. Integrated side bolsters keep the patient centered on the surface and add stability during movement.

🚫 Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

• Within 24 hours of placing your order: Free cancellation.

  • Exception: If your order has already been processed a 25% restocking fee may apply even within the first 24 hours.

• After 24 hours: A 25% restocking fee will apply, certain brands cannot be cancelled,

• Custom orders: Cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Please note:

• Some orders are processed and paid immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase.

• Returns requested after 7 days, up to 14 days, are only eligible for an exchange and may be subject to a restocking fee.

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.

💵 Refunds

Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

🔁 Returns (Exchanges)

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents

• A 25% restocking fee applies

• Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene, customization, or manufacturer policies. These include (but are not limited to):

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted

• Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility
  
  

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

📭 Missed Deliveries

Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)

• Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

• You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.

• We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.

Returns to Sender

• If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

• You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

🔧 Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by brand. We can provide:

• Proof of purchase

• Warranty documentation

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.

We’re here to help — please contact us first to resolve any issues. Fraudulent chargebacks will be considered theft and pursued legally.

By placing an order, you acknowledge our return, refund, and delivery policies. These terms will be provided to your financial institution in the event of a dispute.
