The Glion SNAPnGO Mobility Scooter Deluxe Edition features a powerful 250-watt electric hub motor, peaking at 600 watts for enhanced performance. It includes right thumb control, a forward/reverse switch, and an electric braking mode for easy and safe maneuverability. The hand brake activates the rear drum brake and motor brake, providing reliable stopping power. Additional features include front and rear LED lights, a vertical self-standing and dolly feature for convenient storage, a lightweight sport seat with an optional travel seat, and a detachable, collapsible front pouch for added practicality.
The durable frame is crafted from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, and powder-coated to resist corrosion with a rider weight capacity of 300 pounds. It is easily stored in the back of your car. It assembles and disassembles in seconds. No complicated instructions are necessary. All you need to do is "Sit" "Relax" and "Drive".

Warranty Information
Coverage: Glion® provides a 12-month or 1,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) to the first retail buyer, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, storage, or use. It is void if the product is modified, rented, or used outside of recreation or transportation purposes.
Claim Process:

Proof: You must register your product and provide a dated proof-of-purchase receipt.
Shipping: If purchased directly from Glion, you'll need to send the product (pre-paid and insured) to their service center. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Service: Products deemed defective under warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge for U.S. customers. Repairs are made using new or refurbished parts.
Limitations:
The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness are limited to 1 year.
Glion is not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages. Liability is capped at the cost of the product.

💵 Refunds
Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items
If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost toyou. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted
Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
📭 Missed Deliveries

Large freight deliveries arenot usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.
You will be giventracking details to monitor your shipment.
We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.
Returns to Sender
If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.
