A Full Electric Hospital Bed Built for Acite Care
Not every hospital bed is built for demanding care routines. The CostCare B730 is a full electric hospital bed made for clinical care, rehabilitation, long-term care, and advanced home care settings where staff need more control than a basic bed can provide.
Caregivers can adjust bed height, raise the head and thigh sections, use Trendelenburg positioning, apply central braking, and manage bedside controls without relying on awkward workarounds. This makes the B730 a practical choice for teams that need a professional-grade hospital bed for everyday care tasks.
Designed for Caregiver Access and Patient Positioning
The Acubed B730 helps staff bring the bed to a better working height, reposition the patient, and move the bed more confidently when needed. Built-in caregiver controls, patient controls, half side rails, central braking, CPR release, and an adjustable bed length all support real care workflows.
The user manual lists the B730 for intensive care, general care, ambulatory care, surgery care, and long hospital stays for adult patients. It includes 6" casters, central locking brakes, modular battery backup, lock-out controls, Trendelenburg/reverse Trendelenburg, CPR release, an integrated bed extender, and a 550 lb safe working load rating.
Clinical-Grade Hospital Bed
The B730 is built for hospital and care facility use, including MedSurg, ICU, and long-term care environments. It meets medical safety standards and supports advanced positioning, reliable operation, and daily patient care tasks.
