The R750 Bed frame is rated for a 750 lb safe working load, featuring standard laminate end panels and head-end safety rails.
The bed width expands from 39″ to 54″ to accommodate different users and can pass through 40″ doorways using a pull-pin system. Height adjusts from 16″ to 29″ to assist with transfers and caregiver access.
Its expandable width, ranging from 39” to 54”, provides a customised fit for different body types, while also allowing for smooth transport through 40” doorways using a simple pull-pin system. This bed can be lowered up to 16" and high up to 29".

The three-function electric control allows head, foot, and height adjustments using a push-button handset. The RC750 is designed for bariatric use. A higher-capacity option is available with the RC1000model.
The support surface adjusts in width and length, up to 54″ wide and 96″ long. The expandable design allows repositioning and transport, and the frame fits through narrow doorways for easier movement and storage.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion if the order has not yet been placed with the supplier or shipped.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
Approved returns are subject to:

After 7 days, and up to 14 days from delivery, eligible products may be exchanged only.
After 14 days, all sales are considered final.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Pre-orders and confirmed backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase. Once inventory is reserved and funds are committed with the supplier, these orders cannot be cancelled.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight logistics.
Any exception granted is at our sole discretion and may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.
If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Freight and large-item deliveries are scheduled to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before submitting your order.
If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and all outbound and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment requires re-delivery, address correction, or is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping, freight, storage, or re-delivery fees charged by the carrier.
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product.
We are happy to assist you with documentation, proof of purchase, and guidance throughout the warranty process. Warranty service, repairs, and replacements are handled directly by the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and coverage.
After the return period has passed, any repair or replacement requests will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and may require return of the defective item for inspection.
