The FreeRider FR 510F II Bariatric Mobility Scooter is a full-size, heavy-duty scooter built for people who want a larger seating area and a reinforced design for everyday travel.

It includes a 20-inch captain seat, a durable chassis, 13-inch solid tires, and a suspension system, giving the rider a scooter built for regular use on paved outdoor paths and other firm surfaces.

These features offer a setup that can be used for routine trips and day-to-day movement in environments suited for full-size mobility scooters.

Built for Higher Weight Support

The FR 510F II uses a reinforced frame designed to support up to 500 lbs. The wide captain seat includes swivel and angle adjustment, a height-adjustable headrest, and full-length armrests. These seating features give the rider room to set up a position that works for day-to-day use.

Delta Tiller Steering and Control Layout

The wrapped delta tiller offers multiple hand placements, and the console includes waterproof buttons for everyday use. Riders can access the headlight switch, speed control, turn indicators, and battery indicator directly on the tiller panel.

The tiller angle is adjustable, allowing the rider to bring the steering column to a position that suits their routine.

WARRANTY TERMS:

Keep your serial number handy; it’s located on the front frame under the chassis cover. The scooter's frame is covered for 36 months from the purchase date against defects in materials or workmanship, while electronic components are covered for 12 months. This warranty is in addition to your legal rights. Parts replaced or repaired under this warranty will be covered for the remaining warranty period. It applies ONLY to parts supplied or approved by your Authorized Luggie Dealer, and it is not transferable due to the individualized nature of this product. BATTERY WARRANTY:

The battery that comes with your Luggie has a limited 12-month warranty against material defects and workmanship. Any faults due to manufacturing issues usually appear within a few weeks. Battery performance depends on how often you use the scooter and charge the battery. Some decline in performance and range is normal due to wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage, in which case the warranty will not apply. Users with busy lifestyles, higher weight, or specific conditions may wear out their battery during the warranty period due to heavy use. The battery has a set number of discharge cycles, meaning more use can shorten its lifespan.

Order Processing 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received and begun processing your order.

Stock availability is confirmed after purchase:

• In stock: Your order will be prepared and shipped.

• Out of stock/backorder: We will contact you with available options, which may include an estimated restock date, an alternative product, or a refund if you choose not to proceed.

You will receive email updates throughout the process, including tracking details once your order ships.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion only if the order has not been placed/paid with the supplier or shipped.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most products. All approved refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all shipping and any white-glove delivery costs are non-refundable.

After 7 days, and up to 14 days from delivery, eligible orders may be exchanged only, subject to the same condition requirements.

Certain products, including pre-orders, backorders, custom items, and select brands, are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. After 14 days from delivery, all sales are final.

Condition of Returns

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, components, and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Pre-orders and backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase to secure inventory that is specifically allocated to your order.

Once placed, we immediately commit funds with our suppliers and reserve inventory. For this reason, pre-orders and backorders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once confirmed.

Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight and logistics issues.

If an exception is approved at our sole discretion, a cancellation and restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from any approved refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.

If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

Missed Deliveries & Refused Shipments

Large or freight items are delivered to the address provided at checkout and are typically not returned to sender. Tracking details will be provided.

If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and you are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs.

Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand.
We can provide proof of purchase and assist with documentation; however, warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer.

After the return period, repair or replacement decisions are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and may require return of the defective item.
