Prius Healthcare USA Century Gold Alternating and Low Air Loss Pressure Relief System
Pressure Relief Mattress System with Alternating Air and Cooling Airflow
The Century Gold is an alternating pressure and low air loss mattress system made for users who remain in bed for much of the day and need a surface that stays consistent.
It works by shifting pressure between air cells in a 2-in-1 alternating cycle and by using airflow through the surface to help manage heat and moisture. These core functions help reduce long periods of pressure on the same areas and keep the surface regulated for extended use.

Steady Support Through Timed Air Cycles
The Century Gold uses a timed 2-in-1 alternating pattern to regularly change where the body makes contact with the mattress. This helps limit continuous pressure on one area and maintains a stable surface throughout the day.
When the user sits upright, the Fowler feature increases internal pressure to help prevent sinking. Airflow and materials are designed to keep the surface consistent during long periods of use.

Simple Controls for Everyday Adjustments
The control unit offers eight firmness levels, making it easy to match the surface to the user’s preference. A quick-inflation function prepares the mattress for transfers or repositioning. Alternating cycle times can be set to 10, 15, 20, or 30 minutes, allowing the user or caregiver to choose the most suitable pattern.

Interchangeable Air Cell Design
The Century Gold uses individual air cells that can be removed one at a time. This makes cleaning easier since each cell can be accessed without taking apart the whole mattress. It also helps keep the system in good condition when regular maintenance is needed.
