Its special segmented layer, made up of over 800 individual cells, reduces friction and stress on the skin, which helps prevent damage to the deeper tissues. These cells also spread pressure evenly across the surface, reducing sore spots. Additionally, the design allows air to flow, helping to reduce heat and moisture buildup on the skin, which can cause irritation. The Safety Edge Design offers key benefits to users by providing extra protection and stability. It helps reduce the risk of falls and bed entrapment, so users can feel more secure while resting. It has two modes: Alternate Mode, where the mattress inflates and deflates in an 8-minute cycle, and Float Mode, which keeps the surface steady. A visual low-pressure indicator shows when the mattress pressure needs adjustment, helping to maintain proper support for the user. All our products are sourced directly from manufacturers. If you need to exchange a product, you must first receive a return authorization form. Each manufacturer sets their own timeframes for possible returns. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during returns and exchanges.
Once the manufacturer receives and inspects your returned item, your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method. While inspections can take up to four weeks, they are usually completed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be adjusted for outbound and return shipping costs, handling, and a 25% restocking fee.

Please inspect the packaging upon delivery. If you notice any damage, note it when signing for the shipment. BOGO Promotions
In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund.
