The B359 uses a four-motor electric system for bed height, backrest, knee break, and Trendelenburg / Reverse Trendelenburg positioning.

The backrest adjusts from 0° to 65°, the knee section adjusts from 0° to 35°, and Trendelenburg positioning adjusts up to ±12° for more positioning options during care.

Limited Warranty Information

The B359 Bariatric Long-Term Care Bed includes a limited 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Limited One Year Warranty

This Costcare product is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year of the original purchaser.
This device was built to exact standards and carefully inspected prior to shipment. This Limited One Year Warranty from the date of original purchase is an expression of our confidence in the material and workmanship of our products and our assurance to our customers for years of dependable services.

In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, Costcare will, at Costcare's option, repair or replace the device. The warranty provides only for replacement of defective parts and does not cover shipping and labor charges. Costcare's sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty are limited to such repair and/or replacement.

This warranty does not cover device failure due to the user misuse, abuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear. This warranty does not extend to non-durable components, such as rubber accessories, casters and grips, which are subject to normal wear and require periodic replacement.

This warranty shall not apply to serial numbered devices if the serial number has been removed, or altered, or defaced, or to defect or damages caused by unauthorized parts, attachments or repairs, negligence, operated by incorrect voltages, accident and circumstance beyond Costcare's control, or improper operation, maintenance or storage.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

Orders are fulfilled directly through our authorized manufacturer partners to ensure you receive the newest production inventory.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you promptly with updated availability and options. At that time, you may choose to proceed with the revised timeline or cancel for a full refund.

If you confirm that you wish to proceed, the order becomes a confirmed backorder. Once we commit funds with the supplier to reserve inventory specifically for your order, it cannot be cancelled.

You will receive email updates throughout the process, including tracking details once your order ships.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion if the order has not yet been placed with the supplier or shipped.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

Approved returns are subject to:

  • A 25% restocking fee

  • Non-refundable outbound shipping

  • Non-refundable white-glove delivery charges (if applicable)

After 14 days, all sales are considered final.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.

If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

Missed Deliveries, Refused Shipments & Incorrect Addresses

Freight and large-item deliveries are scheduled to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before submitting your order.

If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and all outbound and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
