The synchronized drive and advanced positioning ensure smooth, comfortable movement while helping to prevent staff injuries. Built with patient dignity in mind, this bed supports a safe, efficient care environment. This bed are available in 35" fixed frame width and 35"-42" expandable width frame.
Joerns EasyCare Positioning and Smart Connectivity
The AdvanceCare positioning system includes 30° and 45° reclining options, along with a programmable Auto Transfer Height to assist with patient transfers and daily care. Additionally, the bed is Connexio-ready, providing real-time tracking of assets and staff to improve efficiency. Designed for both users and caregivers, this bed offers a practical and adjustable solution for various care settings.

EasyCare Fixed Width Frame (35" x 80")
Standard frame with a fixed width of 35 inches.
Includes Foot End Mattress Side Stops for added mattress stability.
Optional Width Extension for expanded width and AdvanceCare staff control for enhanced bed adjustments.
Frame movement options:
• Roll in Low Only – Allows rolling only when the bed is in its lowest position.
• Roll Any Height with Foot End CareLock – Enables movement at any height, with a CareLock system at the foot end for safety.
EasyCare Integrated Width Frame (35" - 42" x 80")
Adjustable width frame expands from 35 inches to 42 inches for more flexibility.
Includes Foot End Mattress Side Stops for mattress security.

Understanding Roll-in-Low (RIL) and Roll-any-Height (RAH) Features
The Joerns EasyCare Bed Frame offers two mobility options designed to enhance convenience and safety for both patients and caregivers.
Roll-in-Low (RIL)
Allows the bed to roll or be moved only when it is at its lowest height (7 inches from the floor).
Ideal for fall prevention, keeping the bed at a safe low level while still allowing movement for cleaning or repositioning.
Roll-any-Height (RAH)
Enables the bed to roll or be moved at any height within its adjustable range (7 to 30 inches).
Provides greater flexibility for caregivers, allowing movement without needing to lower or adjust the bed.
Especially useful in care settings where the bed is positioned at a height suited to the patient’s needs.

Pre-Orders Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.
💵 Refunds
Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

A 25% restocking fee applies

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items
If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost toyou. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted
Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
📭 Missed Deliveries
Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)
Large freight deliveries arenot usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.
You will be giventracking details to monitor your shipment.
We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.
Returns to Sender
If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.
