The WeCare Sleep Full Electric Bed is designed to offer flexibility, ease of use, and reliable support. Built to hold up to 450 lbs, it remains lightweight at just 165 lbs, making it easy to reposition or relocate when needed. With a height range of 8 3/4" to 26", you can adjust the bed to the right level for transfers, caregiving, or daily use—without strain.

The ergonomic hand-held controller, designed by Joerns Healthcare, features 8 functions that let you fine-tune the bed’s position for reading, resting, sleeping, or other daily routines—all with simple button controls.

The WeCare hi low adjustable bed is available in two frame designs: Split-Frame and Fix Frame, each offering unique benefits. The Split-Frame design allows for easier transport and setup, especially in tight spaces, and is also available with Roll-In-Low functionality, enabling safe bed mobility even at its lowest height. 


In contrast, the Fix Frame provides a more stable and seamless structure, with options that include Roll-In-Low for low-height mobility or Roll-At-Any-Height, which allows movement of the bed at any height setting.

Side rails help prevent falls and assist patients with repositioning, while the bed extender kit provides extra length to accommodate taller individuals. Optional Staff Control

This electric hospital bed offers the option to add a Staff Control unit, providing caregivers with full control over bed adjustments for improved safety and ease of use. The control includes a lockout feature to prevent unauthorized changes and supports Trendelenburg and Reverse Trendelenburg positions, which can assist with circulation, respiratory comfort, and certain medical treatments. This optional feature is available at an additional cost.

Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.

💵 Refunds

Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

🔁 Returns (Exchanges)

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents

  • A 25% restocking fee applies

  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene, customization, or manufacturer policies. These include (but are not limited to):

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted

  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

📭 Missed Deliveries

Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)

  • Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

  • You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.

  • We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.

Returns to Sender

  • If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

  • You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

🔧 Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by brand. We can provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Warranty documentation

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.
