This bed can adjusts from 35 to 48 inches wide and 80 to 88 inches long, providing ample space for safe movement and rest. Built with a safe working load of 600 lbs, this bed delivers stable support for users who need a strong, adaptable surface for daily use.
The Ai1 All-In-One Expandable Low Bed has a 14° Trendelenburg and Reverse Trendelenburg feature, letting the bed tilt head-down or foot-down when needed. This helps the user stay in a steady and supported position.

High–Low Bed Feature for Safe Access and Positioning
This adjustable comes with a high–low features for safe access and comfortable working height. Individuals who need a bed that adapts for daily movement, including users who benefit from precise bed height adjustments.
When lowered to 10 inches, the user stays closer to the floor, helping lower fall risk, when raised toward 30 inches, transfers and repositioning are easier and more controlled for everyday use.

Stock availability is confirmed after purchase:

Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most products. All approved refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all shipping and any white-glove delivery costs are non-refundable.
After 7 days, and up to 14 days from delivery, eligible orders may be exchanged only, subject to the same condition requirements.
Certain products, including pre-orders, backorders, custom items, and select brands, are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. After 14 days from delivery, all sales are final.
Condition of Returns
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, components, and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Pre-Orders & Backorders
Pre-orders and backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase to secure inventory that is specifically allocated to your order.
Once placed, we immediately commit funds with our suppliers and reserve inventory. For this reason, pre-orders and backorders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once confirmed.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight and logistics issues.
If an exception is approved at our sole discretion, a cancellation and restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from any approved refund.

Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.
If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Missed Deliveries & Refused Shipments
Large or freight items are delivered to the address provided at checkout and are typically not returned to sender. Tracking details will be provided.
If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and you are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs.
Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand.
We can provide proof of purchase and assist with documentation; however, warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer.
After the return period, repair or replacement decisions are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and may require return of the defective item.
