How the Self-Adjusting Air and Foam System Works
The mattress uses a combination of deep air chambers and a supportive foam base to create a surface that adapts automatically under load.
Deep air chambers are positioned in key contact areas, including the hips, coccyx, thighs, and heels. As weight is applied, these air chambers respond naturally, allowing the body to settle into the mattress surface rather than resting on top of it.
The lower limb section is contoured to accommodate the shape of the lower legs, allowing the calves, ankles, and heels to rest with reduced direct contact against the mattress surface.
The foam base provides structure and stability, helping maintain shape and support across the full mattress length. This layered design allows the mattress to adjust continuously without manual settings or daily adjustment.

💵 Refunds
Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items
If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost toyou. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted
Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
📭 Missed Deliveries
Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)
Large freight deliveries arenot usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.
You will be giventracking details to monitor your shipment.
We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.
Returns to Sender
If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.
