Posture-Mate V Seat and Back Cushion System
The Posture-Mate® V is a patented ergonomically designed seat and back cushion seating combo system, for use in Standard Wheelchairs and mobility scooters, cars, airplanes, and office chairs. It provides postural alignment, comfort and pressure redistribution, and helps with fall prevention, pressure injury prevention, head and torso control, prevention of leaning, slumping, sliding and to improve comfort when confined to the chair. Waterproof cover has attachment securing straps and a non-skid base. It is available in multiple widths and can accommodate up to 300lbs to suit your needs.

Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.

Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items
If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

📭 Missed Deliveries
Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)

Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.

We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.
Returns to Sender

If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.
🔧 Warranty

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.
