Rhythm Turn Mattress Replacement – Lateral Rotation Surface With True Low Air Loss

The Rhythm Turn Mattress Replacement is a lateral rotation mattress designed to work with the Rhythm Turn Control Unit. It uses 20° and 40° rotation chambers and true low air loss airflow. It is made for individuals who spend extended time in bed and need a surface that rotates automatically as part of their daily setup.

The rotation chambers shift the surface at set intervals to help keep the user positioned as the mattress tilts. The low air loss airflow moves through the cover to manage heat and moisture across the surface. The mattress is available in bariatric models supporting 600-1000 lbs depending on mattress size.

Supportive Construction for an Even, Centered Surface

The mattress includes a built-in safety foam base that helps prevent bottoming out during rotation cycles. Raised side air rails help keep the user centered on the mattress while the surface tilts, supporting more controlled movement as the mattress transitions between positions.

A high vapor-permeable quilted nylon cover supports heat and moisture control, helping the surface stay cooler during extended use. The cover wipes clean and is designed for regular daily use.

The mattress contains the internal air cells needed for 20° and 40° lateral rotation and is engineered to shift the body gradually when paired with the Rhythm Turn control unit. Each rotation chamber moves in a smooth, consistent pattern to maintain an even surface without sudden changes in position.

Prius Healthcare guarantees that this equipment is free from defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty is limited to the repair of equipment returned to the service address provided below, with transportation charges prepaid, within 12 months after delivery to the original purchaser.

Service Commitment:
We agree to service and/or adjust any equipment returned for that purpose and to replace or repair any part proven to be defective, at no additional charge.

Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from shipping, tampering, improper maintenance, carelessness, accidents, negligence, or misuse. It also excludes products that have been altered, repaired, or dismantled without the manufacturer’s written authorization or by anyone other than properly qualified technicians following approved procedures.

Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Prius Healthcare be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages or losses resulting from the use of this equipment.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

Orders are fulfilled directly through our authorized manufacturer partners to ensure you receive the newest production inventory.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you promptly with updated availability and options. At that time, you may choose to proceed with the revised timeline or cancel for a full refund.

If you confirm that you wish to proceed, the order becomes a confirmed backorder. Once we commit funds with the supplier to reserve inventory specifically for your order, it cannot be cancelled.

You will receive email updates throughout the process, including tracking details once your order ships.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion if the order has not yet been placed with the supplier or shipped.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

Approved returns are subject to:

  • A 25% restocking fee

  • Non-refundable outbound shipping

  • Non-refundable white-glove delivery charges (if applicable)

After 7 days, and up to 14 days from delivery, eligible products may be exchanged only.

After 14 days, all sales are considered final.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Some products may require advance reservation to secure manufacturer inventory.

Pre-orders and confirmed backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase. Once inventory is reserved and funds are committed with the supplier, these orders cannot be cancelled.

Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight logistics.

Any exception granted is at our sole discretion and may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee.

Due to hygiene, safety, or manufacturer restrictions, the following items are non-returnable:

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.

If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

Missed Deliveries, Refused Shipments & Incorrect Addresses

Freight and large-item deliveries are scheduled to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before submitting your order.

If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and all outbound and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment requires re-delivery, address correction, or is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping, freight, storage, or re-delivery fees charged by the carrier.

Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product.

We are happy to assist you with documentation, proof of purchase, and guidance throughout the warranty process. Warranty service, repairs, and replacements are handled directly by the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and coverage.

After the return period has passed, any repair or replacement requests will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and may require return of the defective item for inspection.

In the event of a payment dispute, we may provide order records, communication history, and this policy to the payment provider for review.
