Long hours in bed can make it hard to stay comfortable in one position. The Prius Rhythm Turn Mattress System uses 20° and 40° lateral rotation therapy, along with true low air loss airflow, to keep the surface active and help manage heat and moisture.
It’s made for individuals who spend extended time in bed and need a surface that turns for them on a set schedule instead of relying on manual repositioning. Supports users up to 450 lb in standard models and 650–850 lb in bariatric models.
The user stays supported as the mattress rotates at steady intervals, making it easier to remain in one position without needing frequent manual turning. The consistent airflow keeps the surface even and balanced, giving the user a more stable place to rest throughout the day.

Controlled Rotation and Adjustable Support Settings
The Rhythm Turn Control Unit provides adjustable rotation cycles from 3 to 95 minutes, allowing the surface to move at a steady pace that matches the user’s needs.
Each mode - left tilt, right tilt, or full rotation is designed to shift the body gradually without sudden changes in position. Hold Mode can pause the turn when needed, giving users simple control over how the surface moves.
The Auto-Firm feature creates a solid, stable surface for getting in or out of bed, while 10 adjustable comfort levels help users choose the level of support that feels right for them.

Supportive Design for a Steady Resting Surface
The safety foam base helps prevent bottoming out, while the raised side air rails keep the user centered during movement or rotation. The high vapor-permeable quilted nylon cover helps manage heat and moisture, creating a cooler, more comfortable surface to rest on.

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items
If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:
