Enhanced Pressure Redistribution & Comfort

The system features twenty individual 6.5-inch deep therapy cells constructed from durable polyurethane-coated nylon. These cells work together to evenly distribute the patient’s weight, minimizing the risk of pressure injuries. A lower 2-inch support cell remains inflated for up to 12 hours in the event of a power failure, providing critical support during emergencies.

Rapid Deflation & Emergency Features

In case of an emergency, the CPR quick-deflation feature enables rapid deflation of the mattress in approximately 30 seconds, depending on patient weight and body shape. The system also includes an anti-kink air hose set, which is easy to clean and ensures consistent airflow.

Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.

💵 Refunds

Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

🔁 Returns (Exchanges)

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents

  • A 25% restocking fee applies

  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted

  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

📭 Missed Deliveries

Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)

  • Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

  • You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.

  • We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.

Returns to Sender

  • If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

  • You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

🔧 Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by brand. We can provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Warranty documentation

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.
