The Perfect Sleep Chair is designed to focus relief and comfort on two of the body’s most prevalent pain and problem areas: upper body and lower limbs.
With independently operating motors, each area gets the attention it needs for supportive positioning and ultimate comfort. The upper body zone can be accessed with the touch of a button, to direct relaxation and relief specifically to a tired, tense lower back, slumping shoulders or achy hips and spine.
The independent movement of the backrest allows adjustable support for back and shoulders, releasing stress and strain from the upper body. Restful relief for the lower body (your aching feet, calves, knees and legs) starts with the comfortable leg/footrest designed for improved circulation and moves comfort all the way up the legs. Again, the dual motors allow those in pain to mix and match their options, to arrive at the most comfortable and supportive elevation to alleviate individual muscle and joint complaints.

In this chair, all of the body’s five positioning zones can be individually accessed for customized comfort and treatment measures.
Those areas include (3) the lumbar, with adjustable support to take pressure off the spine and give the back muscles a chance to relax and rejuvenate; (4) the head and neck, thanks to a headrest with layers of customized support that cradles and hugs, encouraging natural support of the spine; and (5) the full-body experience that comes with a full-chair tilt! Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most products. All approved refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all shipping and any white-glove delivery costs are non-refundable.
After 7 days, and up to 14 days from delivery, eligible orders may be exchanged only, subject to the same condition requirements.
Certain products, including pre-orders, backorders, custom items, and select brands, are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. After 14 days from delivery, all sales are final.
Condition of Returns
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, components, and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Pre-orders and backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase to secure inventory that is specifically allocated to your order.
Once placed, we immediately commit funds with our suppliers and reserve inventory. For this reason, pre-orders and backorders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once confirmed.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight and logistics issues.
If an exception is approved at our sole discretion, a cancellation and restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from any approved refund.

Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.
If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Missed Deliveries & Refused Shipments
Large or freight items are delivered to the address provided at checkout and are typically not returned to sender. Tracking details will be provided.

What is White Glove Delivery?
White Glove Delivery is the method by which each Perfect Sleep Chair is delivered to you. It includes delivery to your home, unpacking of the chair, placing it in the location you've chosen, and ensuring that the chair is functional. Finally, all packaging materials are removed and hauled away for you. Note: You must have a clear path and a location available for us to place the chair in.
How long does it take to receive my Perfect Sleep Chair once I place my order?
The Perfect Sleep Chair is a White Glove Delivery product. Please allow approximately 3-6 weeks for delivery. The new "Premier" model will begin deliveries in mid-January.
How do I adjust the Perfect Sleep Chair?
Each chair is adjustable to an almost infinite number of positions by using a simple remote control. You can see how here.
How do you clean the chair if something is spilled on it?
While our chairs are made of stain-resistant fabrics, there may come a time when you need to clean it. To do so, simply mix a little soap and water and scrub the area in need of cleaning. Do not use harsh chemicals or cleaners as these could cause problems with your materials.
What if the power goes out while I’m in my Perfect Sleep Chair?
In case of an emergency, each chair is equipped with a battery backup system. Once the batteries are added, the chair power will resume.
What is zero gravity and why do you talk about it so much?
Zero gravity (also called neutral body posture) was first discovered by NASA to relieve gravity's pressure on astronauts upon shuttle launches. It is a position that evenly distributes pressure to the body. It is known to be the most optimal position for somebody who is trying to become relaxed. Not only does it relax the spine, but due to the elevation of the legs, it relieves pressure on the heart and lungs as well. Considering all the positive effects that zero gravity has on the body, we made sure that the Perfect Sleep Chair accommodated this position.
The Perfect Sleep Chair has been a superb fit for my condition. I’ve had scoliosis spine surgery, my back is completely fused, and I live with arthritis in both hips—so finding something that’s truly comfortable has been a challenge. This chair allows for all the adjustments I need to get comfortable, whether I’m sitting during the day or sleeping through the night. It’s made a real difference.
I already had another chair from your brand that adjusts only at the head and feet, but this new model moves in several different ways, which is exactly what I needed for my living room. It was well worth the wait.

It’s been absolutely perfect for our mother. It was purchased, because she refused to sleep in a bed, thus causing pressure areas. We were extremely concerned about skin breakdown and her comfort. We chose the top of the line materials. She has used the chair for one year in a dementia unit. Once delivered, we chose not to connect the vibration/heat components for safety reasons. There has been no breakdown, it cleans easily. The therapy department is going to recommend your chair to other families who need one for their family member.
