The RMB Multi Point AWD Electric Trike is an all-wheel-drive mobility trike built for riders who want steady control on different surfaces and a setup that adapts to changing conditions.

It is designed for people who need a trike that can switch between Front Drive, Rear Drive, and All-Wheel Drive with a simple control, giving them the traction they need on each part of their route.

By letting the rider choose how the trike delivers power, it removes the challenge of traveling across areas where grip or stability can change from one moment to the next.

All-Wheel-Drive Power for Different Surfaces

The 4-Wheel trike operates with a front 48V 500W motor, a rear 48V 500W differential motor, and a switch that lets the rider choose Front-Wheel Drive, Rear-Wheel Drive, or AWD. This setup supports speeds up to 16 mph and a travel range up to 31 miles per charge.

The rider can match the drive mode to where they are riding using front drive for smoother paths, rear drive for firm traction, or AWD when both wheels are needed for better control.

Long-Range Lithium Battery Power

The 48V 22Ah removable lithium battery supports up to 31 miles per charge, giving the user enough range for local errands or full-day outings. Riders can charge the battery on or off the trike.

Warranty Information

Scooter Warranty – 6 Months
The main components of the Protean scooter are covered for 6 months against defects in materials or workmanship. If a covered part is found defective during this period, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge for parts or labor.

Battery & Tire Warranty – 3 Months
The battery and tires are covered for 3 months against defects. If either of these items is found defective within the warranty period, they will be repaired or replaced at no cost for parts or labor.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with the order details. This means we’ve received your order and are starting to process it.

💳 Payment Authorization

Your payment method is pre-authorized at checkout. You’ll only be charged once we verify and prepare your order for shipment.

🚫 Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

• Within 24 hours of placing your order: Free cancellation.

  • Exception: If your order has already been processed a 25% restocking fee may apply even within the first 24 hours.

• After 24 hours: A 25% restocking fee will apply, certain brands cannot be cancelled,

• Custom orders: Cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Please note:

• Some orders are processed and paid immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase.

• Returns requested after 7 days, up to 14 days, are only eligible for an exchange and may be subject to a restocking fee.

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.

💵 Refunds

Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

🔁 Returns (Exchanges)

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents

• A 25% restocking fee applies

• Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene, customization, or manufacturer policies. These include (but are not limited to):

  • Batteries and Chargers

  • All Lifts (including Residential and Vehicle Lifts)

  • Red Light Therapy Devices

  • Wheelchair Cushions and Support Surfaces

  • Slings

  • All products sold under the brand Discover Your Mobility (these items fall under all of the above non-refundable categories)

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted

• Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

📭 Missed Deliveries

Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)

• Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

• You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.

• We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.

Returns to Sender

• If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

• You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

🔧 Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by brand. We can provide:

• Proof of purchase

• Warranty documentation

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.

We’re here to help — please contact us first to resolve any issues. Fraudulent chargebacks will be considered theft and pursued legally.

By placing an order, you acknowledge our return, refund, and delivery policies. These terms will be provided to your financial institution in the event of a dispute.
