Multi Point AWD KODIAK – All-Wheel-Drive Power for Outdoor Mobility

The RMB Multi Point AWD KODIAK is a recreational mobility trike and an upgraded version of the Multi Point AWD Electric Trike, built to give you adaptable power across a wider range of outdoor surfaces.

It keeps the selectable Front Drive, Rear Drive, and All-Wheel Drive system, while adding a more robust setup for riders who want steadier traction during recreational riding.

With simple drive-mode switching, you can adjust how power is delivered along your route, helping the trike move smoothly across open areas and varied terrain without interrupting your ride.

Dual Motor Power and Long-Distance Capability

The RMB Multi Point AWD KODIAK uses two brushless DC motors a 48V front hub motor and a 48V rear differential motor each rated at up to 800W.

This dual-motor setup delivers power to both the front and rear wheels with a maximum speed of 24mph, helping you maintain steady traction across outdoor recreational use. It can travel up to 31 miles on a full charge. The 48V lithium battery can be charged on or off the trike

Adaptive Control With Three Drive Modes

The KODIAK’s Front Drive, Rear Drive, and All-Wheel Drive settings give the rider direct control over how the scooter applies power. Rear Drive supports routine travel, while All-Wheel Drive activates both motors for added grip on uneven areas. All functions are controlled from the handlebar switches for quick adjustment.

Structure Made for On-the-Go Use

Folding handlebars lower the scooter’s height for loading into vehicles or RVs. The frame can also separate into two sections when transport or service is needed. Front and rear shocks support a smoother ride, while the front drum brake and rear disc brake include automatic power cutoff when applied.

The lighting setup includes an LED headlight, brake and tail lights, and under-deck LED lighting. A front fabric basket, rear wire basket, and built-in tow hitch provide additional carrying options.

Warranty Information

Scooter Warranty – 6 Months
The main components of the Protean scooter are covered for 6 months against defects in materials or workmanship. If a covered part is found defective during this period, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge for parts or labor.

Battery & Tire Warranty – 3 Months
The battery and tires are covered for 3 months against defects. If either of these items is found defective within the warranty period, they will be repaired or replaced at no cost for parts or labor.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with the order details. This means we’ve received your order and are starting to process it.

💳 Payment Authorization

Your payment method is pre-authorized at checkout. You’ll only be charged once we verify and prepare your order for shipment.

• Within 24 hours of placing your order: Free cancellation.

  • Exception: If your order has already been processed a 25% restocking fee may apply even within the first 24 hours.

• After 24 hours: A 25% restocking fee will apply, certain brands cannot be cancelled,

• Custom orders: Cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Please note:

• Some orders are processed and paid immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase.

• Returns requested after 7 days, up to 14 days, are only eligible for an exchange and may be subject to a restocking fee.

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.

💵 Refunds

Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

🔁 Returns (Exchanges)

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents

• A 25% restocking fee applies

• Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene, customization, or manufacturer policies. These include (but are not limited to):

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted

• Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

📭 Missed Deliveries

Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)

• Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

• You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.

• We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.

Returns to Sender

• If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

• You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

🔧 Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by brand. We can provide:

• Proof of purchase

• Warranty documentation

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.
