The MOXI Fusion 4K Powered System is designed for people who spend long periods in bed and need a surface that helps keep them comfortable, dry, and supported throughout the day.
It combines true low-air-loss therapy with quiet, steady airflow and gentle pulsation therapy, all managed through the easy-to-use Hybrid Select control unit.
The Moxi Fusion includes a firm foam edge that makes getting in and out of bed easier and safer. It supports users weighing up to 300 lbs and fits most standard bed frames. The mattress measures 35" wide × 80" long × 6" high, making it well-suited for both home use and professional care settings.

The Fusion 4K uses Select Air Therapy, a technology that lets air escape through fine openings on the surface of the mattress. This creates a continuous flow that helps carry away heat and moisture, helping the skin stay cool and comfortable for longer periods.
The pulsation feature gently raises and lowers air pressure across the entire surface on a timed cycle, helping reduce constant pressure on any one area. You can choose between 10-minute or 20-minute pulsation settings, creating a smooth, even sense of support from head to toe.
The Fusion 4K is designed for quick setup and easy adjustment.
Once plugged in, it inflates in just minutes. A set of simple, back-lit buttons lets you fine-tune the comfort level or activate special modes without guesswork, even in a dim room.
Softer / Firmer Buttons: Adjust the comfort level with a single press — softer for gentle immersion, firmer for added lift.
Upright Mode: Boosts internal air pressure automatically when the head of the bed is raised, keeping the user supported while seated.
Firm Mode: Temporarily inflates the surface for repositioning or nursing care, then returns to normal comfort mode.
Pulsation Mode: Slowly changes pressure levels over time for added comfort — alternating every 10 or 20 minutes.
CPR / Emergency Deflate: One-button quick release for emergency situations.
Digital Display with Back-Lit Keys: Clear, simple screen with softly lit buttons that remain visible in low-light conditions.

If you confirm that you wish to proceed, the order becomes a confirmed backorder. Once we commit funds with the supplier to reserve inventory specifically for your order, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion if the order has not yet been placed with the supplier or shipped.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

After 14 days, all sales are considered final.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Pre-orders and confirmed backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase. Once inventory is reserved and funds are committed with the supplier, these orders cannot be cancelled.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight logistics.
Any exception granted is at our sole discretion and may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.
If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Freight and large-item deliveries are scheduled to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before submitting your order.
If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and all outbound and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment requires re-delivery, address correction, or is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping, freight, storage, or re-delivery fees charged by the carrier.
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product.
We are happy to assist you with documentation, proof of purchase, and guidance throughout the warranty process. Warranty service, repairs, and replacements are handled directly by the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and coverage.
After the return period has passed, any repair or replacement requests will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and may require return of the defective item for inspection.
