The MOXI Fusion APT is a powered alternating pressure air mattress system that combines low-air-loss airflow with gentle, timed air cycles.

It’s built for people who spend extended time in bed, helping manage pressure build-up, heat, and surface moisture through steady air movement and even weight distribution.

Every 10 minutes, air shifts quietly between internal cells, spreading weight smoothly across the body. This consistent air pattern helps keep the surface stable over long periods without abrupt changes or constant readjustments.

The Fusion APT system features firm transfer edges, a quilted low-air-loss cover, and quiet operation for a more restful, restorative sleep.

Alternating Airflow and Low-Air-Loss Design

Inside the mattress, MOXI's Enhanced DX Core engineered alternating 5 inch air-cells  alternate inflation on a 10-minute cycle to vary pressure across the body.  At the same time, a network of micro-vents releases a gentle flow of air through the cover to help manage temperature and humidity.

If power is interrupted, the mattress remains inflated for up to 24 hours, maintaining surface stability until normal operation resumes.

Adjustable Settings and Quiet Control

The digital pump offers eight adjustable pressure levels, allowing caregivers or users to select the firmness that suits their needs.  Softer levels allow deeper immersion, while firmer settings create a more supportive surface for movement and transfers. 

A low-pressure alert adds reassurance during operation, and the system runs quietly in the background.

and workmanship for up to 12 months from the date of delivery.
⚫ All warranty work will be performed at the service address below, shipping charges
prepaid.
⚫ At Manufacturers descreton we agree to service, repair or replace any equipment
or part found to be defective at no charge.
⚫ This warranty excludes equipment damaged through shipping, tampering,
improper maintenance, carelessness, accident, negligence, misuse, or which has
been altered, repaired or dismantled other than with the manufacture’s written
authorization and by its approved procedures and by properly qualified
technicians.
⚫ In no event shall Moxi Enterprises, LLC be liable for any direct, indirect or
consequential damage or loss resulting from the use of equipment.
⚫ Warranty is non-transferrable.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

Orders are fulfilled directly through our authorized manufacturer partners to ensure you receive the newest production inventory.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you promptly with updated availability and options. At that time, you may choose to proceed with the revised timeline or cancel for a full refund.

If you confirm that you wish to proceed, the order becomes a confirmed backorder. Once we commit funds with the supplier to reserve inventory specifically for your order, it cannot be cancelled.

You will receive email updates throughout the process, including tracking details once your order ships.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion if the order has not yet been placed with the supplier or shipped.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

Approved returns are subject to:

  • A 25% restocking fee

  • Non-refundable outbound shipping

  • Non-refundable white-glove delivery charges (if applicable)

After 14 days, all sales are considered final.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Some products may require advance reservation to secure manufacturer inventory.

Pre-orders and confirmed backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase. Once inventory is reserved and funds are committed with the supplier, these orders cannot be cancelled.

Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight logistics.

Any exception granted is at our sole discretion and may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee.

Final Sale Items

Due to hygiene, safety, or manufacturer restrictions, the following items are non-returnable:

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.

If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

Missed Deliveries, Refused Shipments & Incorrect Addresses

Freight and large-item deliveries are scheduled to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before submitting your order.

If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and all outbound and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment requires re-delivery, address correction, or is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping, freight, storage, or re-delivery fees charged by the carrier.

Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product.

We are happy to assist you with documentation, proof of purchase, and guidance throughout the warranty process. Warranty service, repairs, and replacements are handled directly by the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and coverage.

After the return period has passed, any repair or replacement requests will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and may require return of the defective item for inspection.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us directly so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

In the event of a payment dispute, we may provide order records, communication history, and this policy to the payment provider for review.
