Alternating Pressure: The Fusion APT system has transfer edges, a quilted cover, and quiet operation for restful sleep and safe transfers. Its 5” air bladder provides therapeutic alternating pressure and stays inflated for up to 24 hours during a power outage.

Advanced Pump Options: With 8 adjustable comfort levels and a 10-minute alternating cycle, you can customize your therapy. A low-pressure alarm alerts you if the mattress pressure drops below the set level.

Safer Transfers: The 3-1/2” wide transfer edges make getting on and off the mattress safer and help reduce the risk of falls and bed entrapment.

⚫ Moxi Enterprises, LLC guarantees this equipment to be free from defects in material
and workmanship for up to 12 months from the date of delivery.
⚫ All warranty work will be performed at the service address below, shipping charges
prepaid.
⚫ At Manufacturers descreton we agree to service, repair or replace any equipment
or part found to be defective at no charge.
⚫ This warranty excludes equipment damaged through shipping, tampering,
improper maintenance, carelessness, accident, negligence, misuse, or which has
been altered, repaired or dismantled other than with the manufacture’s written
authorization and by its approved procedures and by properly qualified
technicians.
⚫ In no event shall Moxi Enterprises, LLC be liable for any direct, indirect or
consequential damage or loss resulting from the use of equipment.
⚫ Warranty is non-transferrable.

We understand that things change. Here's our cancellation policy:

  • Within 24 hours: Free cancellation
  • After 24 hours: Subject to a 10–25% restocking fee depending on the brand
  • Custom orders: Cannot be cancelled once processing begins
  • If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days, subject to the following:

Return Requirements:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents
  • Subject to 25% restocking fee
  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and paid by the customer


Return Process:

Contact us to get a Return Authorization.
Once returned and inspected by the manufacturer, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Inspections typically take 7–10 business days.

Some products cannot be returned due to hygiene, customization, or manufacturer policies.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and are delivered within 4–8 business days, unless otherwise noted.
Orders from Canada may take longer due to customs clearance.

📦 Damages Upon Delivery

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If there’s damage, take photos of the box, product, and damage, and email them to support@firstclassmobility.com within 24 hours with your order number and a short description.

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

Defective Items 

If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a free replacement at no cost to you.  The item must be returned before a replacement will be shipped; a pre-paid return label will be provided.

📭 Missed Deliveries

If you're unavailable during delivery and the item is returned to the sender:

  • 25% restocking fee applies
  • You’re responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs

To avoid this, contact the freight carrier or our team to reschedule your delivery.

🎁 BOGO Promotions

For Buy One, Get One offers:

  • Both items must be returned for a full refund
  • If only one is returned, store credit or a replacement will be offered
  • Return shipping and restocking fees may still apply

🔧 Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by brand. We can provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Warranty documentation

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.
