Regular mattresses can trap heat and moisture, which often cause sweating, discomfort, and sore skin. The ObboMed OB-2000 StandardAir™ Mattress helps solve this by gently changing the air pressure under different parts of the body. This movement takes pressure off one spot at a time, which helps blood flow better and keeps the skin from breaking down so the user can rest longer without pain or sores.

Its low air loss system softly blows air under the surface to keep it cool and dry, reducing sweat and irritation helping the user feel fresh and comfortable through the day and night. Built to hold up to 450 lbs, the mattress spreads body weight evenly, keeping the body stable and supported.

24-Hour Power Outage Protection

Even during a power outage, the OB-2000 StandardAir Mattress lower layer stays firm to prevent the patient from sinking or “bottoming out,” as long as the air hose remains connected. This design helps lower the risk of skin irritation and pressure sores, keeps the patient comfortable, and makes daily care easier and safer for both patient and caregiver.

Fowler/Seating Function

The Fowler/Seating function is designed to add extra support to the seat and upper body area of the mattress. When the head of the bed is raised, it helps keep the user properly supported and prevents them from “bottoming out,” or sinking too deeply into the mattress.

Power and Pressure Alerts with Auto Alternating Mode

The OB-2000 StandardAir Control Unit gives both sound and light alerts if there’s a power outage or low air pressure. It also automatically returns to Alternating mode after the mattress is fully inflated or after being in Static mode for one hour.

• Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase.

• Returns requested after 7 days, up to 14 days, are only eligible for an exchange and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.

💵 Refunds

Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

🔁 Returns (Exchanges)

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents

• A 25% restocking fee applies

• Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene, customization, or manufacturer policies. These include (but are not limited to):

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted

• Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

📭 Missed Deliveries

Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)

• Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

• You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.

• We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.

Returns to Sender

• If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

• You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

🔧 Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by brand. We can provide:

• Proof of purchase

• Warranty documentation

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.
