The IndeeLift PPU-S is a versatile mobility lift designed to assist individuals in transitioning from the floor to a seated position. With features like a user-friendly remote and adjustable rise-assist handles, it offers support and convenience for both users and caregivers.
The IndeeLift PPU-S comes with a wired remote featuring a 5-foot retractable cord, allowing users or helpers to easily operate the lift. The remote has simple button controls for up and down functions and conveniently attaches to the handles with a hanger clip.
Additionally, the rise-assist handles provide leverage to help individuals transition from sitting to standing. These handles can swing away when not needed and are removable for straightforward mounting assistance or transfers to wheelchairs or other seating options.
The IndeeLift PPU-S comes equipped with a rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery and a compatible charging unit that plugs into any standard wall outlet, fully recharging in about eight hours. For convenience, the lift provides a beep alert when the battery needs charging, ensuring it’s always ready for use. Additionally, the PPU-S includes two safety belts, adding security and stability during operation.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion if the order has not yet been placed with the supplier or shipped.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

After 14 days, all sales are considered final.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Pre-orders and confirmed backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase. Once inventory is reserved and funds are committed with the supplier, these orders cannot be cancelled.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight logistics.
Any exception granted is at our sole discretion and may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.
If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Freight and large-item deliveries are scheduled to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before submitting your order.
If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and all outbound and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment requires re-delivery, address correction, or is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping, freight, storage, or re-delivery fees charged by the carrier.
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product.
We are happy to assist you with documentation, proof of purchase, and guidance throughout the warranty process. Warranty service, repairs, and replacements are handled directly by the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and coverage.
After the return period has passed, any repair or replacement requests will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and may require return of the defective item for inspection.
